Wisdom Tooth Extraction

Wisdom Tooth Extraction

Only when truly needed, safely and meticulously

Wisdom teeth are the molars that come in at the very back of the mouth. As the third large molars, they are also called third molars.
Having wisdom teeth does not mean they must all be removed.
However, if they have not come in normally or their position makes them hard to care for, they can cause cavities, inflammation and changes in tooth alignment, so extraction is advisable.
Because they sit at the very back of the mouth, they are hard to brush and can cause various oral problems, so regular checkups and wisdom tooth extraction are needed.

Why is wisdom tooth extraction needed?

  1. When it is hard to care for

Wisdom teeth sit at the very back of the mouth, so they are hard to keep clean

  2. When the tooth is impacted

When gum tissue partly covers the wisdom tooth, the gums around it easily become inflamed

  3. Crooked wisdom teeth

They can erode the roots of neighboring teeth, and food easily gets trapped against the adjacent tooth

  4. Sideways wisdom teeth

They press on the root of the molar in front, causing problems such as inflammation

Treatment method

  1. STEP 01

Using an advanced 3D CT analysis system, we precisely assess the wisdom tooth in three dimensions: its size and shape, how deeply it is impacted, and its distance from the nerve canal and neighboring teeth.

  2. STEP 02

Based on precise diagnosis of a wide range of extraction cases, we plan the safest extraction tailored to each patient’s oral structure.

  3. STEP 03

Our dentists, with extensive clinical experience, use delicate techniques to minimize damage to surrounding tissue and nerves and remove the wisdom tooth quickly and safely.

No overtreatment.
The right care to save your own teeth.
