Hello, this is Plan Dental.

We would like to inform you that Plan Dental's Privacy Policy will be revised following amendments to the Personal Information Protection Act.

The changes are as follows.

1. Main revisions

Article 3 (Processing and retention of personal information) and Article 4 (Provision to third parties and outsourcing): personal information will now be kept until membership withdrawal or the end of the outsourcing contract, instead of five years from collection, and destroyed without delay if consent is withdrawn. The list of outsourcing companies has also been updated.

2. Effective date

The revised Plan Dental Privacy Policy

takes effect on Thursday, February 29, 2024.

All other provisions remain the same.

We will continue to do our best to provide better medical services.
