Insurance documents cannot be issued on the same day.

Preparation takes at least 7–10 days, and documents are issued in the order requests are received.

1. Check your insurance policy terms first. 2. Confirm with your insurer which documents you need. 3. Request the documents from the clinic in advance.

Documents must be collected in person at the clinic. We cannot send them by fax or mail, and they are issued only to the patient or a legal representative.
