Selection Process

Notes for Implant Models

  1. The model's portrait rights belong to Plan Dental Gangnam, and the images will be used for online advertising and promotion.
  2. Everything follows lawful procedures, and the images are not used for any purpose other than promoting the clinic.

Plan Dental Clinic (hereinafter referred to as the 'Clinic') asks for your consent to collect and use your personal information as follows in order to receive and review Real Model applications and to notify you of the selection results.
You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information.
1. Purpose of Collection and Use: Receiving and reviewing Real Model applications, contacting you about selection results and consultation.
2. Items Collected: Name, Date of Birth, Contact Phone Number, Application Area (Implants / Laminates).
3. Retention and Use Period: Destroyed immediately upon withdrawal of consent.
Right to Refuse Consent and Consequences of Refusal: You may refuse consent to this collection and use of personal information. However, since this consent is essential for receiving Real Model applications, you cannot apply without agreeing.
